Haitian Creole, a creole language derived from French and African languages, is the primary language spoken by the majority of the population, with French being the second official language

Herberne Marabou Multiservice

Herbernemarabou, Her real name is Roseberne Carmene Cyril, is a Haitian woman born in Merger, originally from Les Cayes, who fell head over heels in love with business in 2018. She falls, gets up again and says she will not give up because she has a vision. She fights again and again because her goal is not to stop halfway. Today she has put a name to her business and is counting on the support of each client to climb the ladder and reach the top. 

Haitian Cuisine is a mix of African, French, Spanish, and Taino influences, with staples like rice, beans, and plantains, and dishes like griot (spiced pork) and soup joumou (pumpkin soup). You will have multiple services available to you as you go.
